PRIVATE EYE

Playing the role of failed Private Eye Detective, Costi built an office to examine the self through amassed objects; each of which house their own memories and associations.

The artist as investigator, potters about their office trying to pull an image of themselves out of distorted reflections from broken wings and battered toys.

A podium on wheels filled with treasured artefact, sat on top a skate, it floats in the space as detective turns to freestyle spoken word and performance art to work through their feelings.

Ever-changing, the space is fluid, a spring board for activity, a stage for weird poetry.
